What Are the Changes In 12.2.6 and Above For Request APS Collections Miscellaneous Task - It is Different After Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6 or higher (Doc ID 3079151.1)

Goal

Recently Oracle EBS system is upgraded from 12.1.3
In 12.1.3 we saw this request launch 3 times with different parameters every time we ran Data Collections
NAV: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) / Collections / Oracle Systems / Standard Data Collections and launch the request set.

After upgrade, we do not see this request launch consistently.

Please explain when this request will launch.
