Symptoms

BRM does not apply proration for inactive period during deactivation and reactivation. For example, an account being created on 15 March. The account was being deactivated on 20 March and reactivated on 25 March. Thus, active period = 12 days

03/20 - 03/24 => 5 days (Inactive)
03/25 - 03/31 => 7 days (Active)

BRM should apply 12 days proration for inactive period during deactivation and reactivation.
