ECM SECURITY BATCH FAILING IN PROD (Doc ID 3079492.1)

Symptoms

ECM Security batch is failing in PROD. 

When we ran the batch - for user U27801 it failed with error.

Error Msg :-> ORA-02291: integrity constraint (PFCCMATOMIC.FK_1026_2) violated - parent key not found
