User Groups / Functional Teams Tab Is Showing Blank or Error "-1" for Some Users (Doc ID 3079822.1)

Symptoms

User Groups / Functional Teams tab is not opening for some users. Sometime it is showing blank and sometimes getting error "-1".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
  2. Log into Agile Web Client.
  3. Select user's profile.
  4. Click User Groups / Functional Teams Tab
  5. User Groups / Functional Teams Tab page is showing blank or -1
