Symptoms

After upgrading Billing and Revenue Management from 12 Patch Set (PS) 3 Interim Patch (IP) 12 to BRM 15.0, the below error is observed in the emgateway logs when a prepaid service is terminated.
The termination call is performed successfully, but the following error is present is the emgateway logs.

Call opcode pcm_op_cust_set_status to set prepaid status to 10103
The call is successful but the error is seen in emgateway
