Goal

Currently, Payment Upload allows users to pay bills of same account with same tender details.

Since the different bill groups will have different account details, adding the same tender details for multiple accounts within the hierarchy is not working.
The requirement is to pay multiple bills (Admin or Claim) under the Parent Hierarchy.
