Symptoms

When more than 10000+ objects are associated with a Relationship tab and it takes about 15 minutes and the below message occur.

Error

The operation did not complete within the stipulated time.


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Agile Web Client - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Open Item PART1xxxxx
3. Click on Relationship tab
