Symptoms

New charges applied for inactive period after reactivated (change status=2 to status=1) the purchased_product and run billing.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. 20-Feb-2025, create account with billing day of the month on 15
2. purchase deal
3. deactivate deal, (/purchased_products.status=2)
4. 15-Mar-2025, run billing
5. 15-Apr-2025, run billing
6. 15-May-2025, run billing
7. 10-Jun-2025, reactivate deal
8. 15-Jun-2025, run billing


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Earned period of 15-MAR-25 to 15-JUL-25 has charge amount.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
If a /purchased_product is activated, it should charge/not charge only for that cycle based on proration setting. It should not retroactively charge for all inactive cycles.
