Not Receiving Failure Handling In The 5G Charging Data Response. (Doc ID 3080913.1)

Symptoms

Customer is not receiving failure handling in the 5G Charging Data Response. For 4G-diameter data usage, below AVP is getting returned in all the CCA messages.
  Credit-Control-Failure-Handling (427,M,l=12) = RETRY_AND_TERMINATE (2)

But user is not seeing the same in the 5G http Jason response. This Failure-Handling is required by Session Management Function (SMF) to control the session.
