Maintenance Function Dose Not Work On StandardThresholdEngined Service (Doc ID 3080995.1)

Symptoms

On UA 5.5.19.0.0 version:

Maintenance function dose not work on StandardThresholdEngined

When Maintenance variable is set from Disabled to Enabled on StandardThresholdEngined and restart the service, it continues to log FATAL error. Restarting the service multiple times did not help, it continues to log the same error.

Adding a maintenance entry with one device did not help either.

However, when the Maintenance variable is set back to Disabled and restart the service, it works fine.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Set the Maintenance variable to Enabled from Disabled on StandardThresholdEngined service.
2. Restart the service.
3. Check the log and service status.
