Item Adjustment Not Showing in BC for Portuguese (Doc ID 3081495.1)

Symptoms

One user is using Billing Care (BC) 12 PatchSet (PS) 8 Cloud Native version to generate an item adjustment for a service account, but when the user enters the value in the percentage box, the adjustment is not calculated and the reason drop down list is not showing.

The is happening in Portuguese (BR) browser, the same scenario is working fine in English Browser.
