Symptoms

When attempting to run WIP Mass load for a planned order, the following error occurs.

WIP Mas Load log file shows error
ORA-01403: no data found in package wip_bomRoutingUtil_pvt Procedure explodeBOM

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) / Supply Chain Plan / Workbench and query Planned Order for the item.
2. Release the planned order which will trigger the request --> WIP Mass Load.
3. The job was not created as seen in Job and Schedule Interface Report with error above noted.
