Symptoms

1 - Sourcing Rules are defined using Allocation Percentages 20/80.
2 - The items are assigned to the Sourcing Rules.
3 - Approved Supplier List (ASL) has the suppliers assigned.
4 - The rank has been set to 1 for each supplier.
5 - A planned order is released from the MRP Planners Workbench (PWB).
6 - It is expected that the planned order will be split 20/80 between the suppliers.
7 - It is believed that this worked this way in the past.
