Symptoms

When attempting to run any allocation received Job returned -11 in the Server Status window. The database has been restarted many times, ran the commands rmipc and ipcrm and the error still persists.

Error:
OFSAPA.log shows the following error:

SQL Function: [0] - SQL function not found!
Oracle Error: ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected

SQL Statement: SELECT OFSA_JOB1.03398e+06_ERR_SEQ.NEXTVAL FROM DUAL
Error: (20005) Internal Error.
