When login to Tms Lite Browser the Initial Page Crashes with JBO-27122 (Doc ID 314527.1)

On TMS 4.5:
After login to TMS Lite Browser the following error occurs:

- Problem persist after bounce the OPA OC4J service


- It has been confirmed that there are no dummy session for user BC4J_INTERNAL in the database after shutdown the OPA OC4J service.
