RDC Audit Trail Shows Incorrect Values for Date Questions (Doc ID 332440.1)

In RDC 4.5

For responses of type date, the 'current value' in the audit tab displays a value that does not match the response value.

To reproduce the problem:

- Create a DATE question with 'Date Time Type' = Y and 'Date Time Fmt' = DMY .
-  Enter data for this question as follows :  '2002' > save. The data displays 
   as '00-00-2002' in the response field.
 
- Then update the response: update the '2002' response to '01-01-2002' > save.
- Check Audit Trail > the following is displayed :

Original Value   Current value
--------------   -------------         
00-00-2002       00-00-2002

-- Current Value is Wrong : it should display '01-01-2002'.
