Autobalancing Calculations Do Not Include Results from a Formula Leaves ID
(Doc ID 333942.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Financial Services Applications (OFSA) 4.5Oracle Risk Manager - Version: 4.5
This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
Output generated by a Formula Leaves ID is not being included in the Autobalancing calculations.
For example:
To model credit card rate degradation, a Formula Leaves ID recalculates FE 440 - Interest Accrued - to account for credit cards that pay off in the grace period and get charged no interest. FE 440 is recalculated for a product with no balances. The Formula Leaves ID sums the interest on all credit card products and multiplies it by -0.25.
The new FE 440 value generated by the Formula Leaves ID is not included in the Retained Earnings value generated by Autobalancing.
