Oracle Balance & Control Correction Process Id Fails with Job Return -11, Signal 11 Errors

On OFSA 4.5.39, when attempting to run an Oracle Balance & Control Data Correction Processing ID, the following error occurs:
Job returned: -11 (on Server Status), Signal 11 in RQ log
The rq.log displays the Signal 11 errors:
Mon Sep 12 16:05:26 2005 : Responding to ping request.
Mon Sep 12 16:05:29 2005 : Job: 16578. Request: BC. User: FDM. Priority: 1. Application ID: 4.
Mon Sep 12 16:05:29 2005 : Job number 16578 started with process id 1077272.
Mon Sep 12 16:05:29 2005 : Command: /u01/oracle/fdmd_aix/bin/ofsbc
Mon Sep 12 16:05:33 2005 : Process 1077272: died. (Signal 11) core dumped, saved in core.1077272
Mon Sep 12 16:05:33 2005 : Process ID 1077272: completed with return code -11.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Formula ID with a Lookup.
2. Create a Correction Rule ID.
3. In the Column Assignment section of the Correction Rule ID assign the Formula ID to the column to be updated.
4. Create a Data Correction Processing ID using the Correction Rule ID
5. Run the Data Correction Processing ID
