MSCPHOPB: HP Cannot Be Viewed For Process Organizations ORA-01403 (Doc ID 334996.1)

Symptoms

1. A manufacturing plan is being processed which includes both Discrete Inventory
organizations and OPM Process organizations. When attempting to view the
Horizontal Plan for an item within any OPM Process organization, the view fails
with the following error:

HP QUERY DATA ERROR (SQLERR=ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: AT "APPS.MSC_HORIZONTAL_PLAN_SC", line 1954)

2. There is no problem viewing the Horizontal Plan for items within any Discrete Inventory organization.

3. Supply and Demand information can be viewed for any of the items in other views without any problems.

The navigation path is:

1) Open the Planner Workbench.
2) Find item in Navigator menu.
3) Highlight an item within an OPM Process organization
4) Press the Horizontal Plan icon.
