When running newly created Allocation IDs against the LEDGER_STAT table, an Internal Error is received on the Server Status screen. The results of the Allocation ID are correctly written to the LEDGER_STAT table, however, in the IDENTITY_CODE column, rather than the Identity Code of the Allocation ID, a 0 is written.

The OFSA_DATA_IDENTITY also has a record with 0 for IDENTITY_CODE, however this only reflects the last Allocation ID that was run.

The ofsapa.xxxx log file shows the following error:

OCI Function: [4] - oexec(), oexn()
SQL Function: [0] - SQL function not found!
Oracle Error: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Driver Function: drv_oci::Execute()

SQL Statement: SELECT ofsa_identity_SEQ.NEXTVAL FROM DUAL

Previously existing Allocation ID (which already have an Identity Code on the Ledger Stat table) are functioning without error, however, if they do a Save As, the new Allocation ID is displaying the same behavior.
