MSONWA64 Memory Based Planner 64 Bit Errors SCO: Out Of Memory (Doc ID 340632.1)

Symptoms

When running a constrained ECC ASCP plan, MSONWA64 module: Memory Based Planner 64-bit AIX errors with the following:

SCO: out of memory
Oracle Home Set to ORACLE_HOME=/<dir>/mso/11.5.0/bin/ora9204
return value 0

OR

This issue was also seen with the following symptoms
The MBP failed again after only 3 minutes of execution with the following error.
.
APP-MRP-22086: mrllaf_load_avail_file: Cannot  allocate memory for avail_res.

Cause:        The current routine cannot allocate memory for the specified entity.

Note: In general, this error appears to occur in many different places. The key is the out of memory or cannot allocate memory issue in any part of the Memory Based Planner.
