Goal

Constraint Based Scheduling is enabled in navigation WIP/Setup/Parameters > Scheduling to Enforce Capacity.  Alternate resources have also been created at the primary routing level for a resource.  A Bill of Resources (BOR) has been created in the capacity module (CRP).  The goal was for the Planning process - MPS - to recognize the capacity requirements/constraints and create planned orders in the available capacity days or use the alternate resources...However it does not.  Is there anything missing?
