URL has incorrect server name/domain when Calling Report Queue Manager from Oracle Clinical (Doc ID 342847.1)

When calling reports queue manager from Oracle Clinical, Internet Explorer opens up with a URL that has the wrong server name, and the following error message is displayed:

"Page not found"

Reports run fine with that report server and URL shown for those reports are correct also.
The problem only when Report Queue Manager is called.
