Symptoms

In Oracle Clinical 4.5, if the reports server is shutdown for several hours, the schedule jobs that were suppose to be executed during the shutdown time are executed when the reports server restart and their schedule time is changed/readjusted by the reports server although the interval time originally scheduled
is respected.

For example:

Job RXCBVBVS was scheduled as OCLSCHED_RXCBVBVS_4630103 EVERY_24_HOURS_FROM_06:00_AUG_04,_2005
indicating that the job should be executed at 6:00 AM.

However, after shutdown/restart the reports server the process appear scheduled in reports queue
manager to be executed every 24 hours at 19:39:37.
