The MSCPDCW module: Planning ODS Load Worker fails with the following error:
Procedure MSC_CL_SCE_COLLECTION.LOAD_USER_COMPANY started.
ERROR while creating a new user using FND_USER_PKG.createUser API
ORA-20001: Unabled to create user xxxx.xxxxx@ORACLE.COM for this following reason:
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long..
