Symptoms

When attempting to re-run Dimension Rules, the following error occurs for Natural Account dimension. There are existing Natural Account Dimension members, and Dimension Rules ran successfully before.

ERROR:
Assigning the value set 10004 to the Dimension Rule version 10294.
Processing single segment mapping(s).
Unexpected error has occurred: ORA-00001: unique constraint
(FEM.FEM_NAT_ACCTS_B_PK) violated.

Navigation:
Go to Responsibility: Enterprise Performance Foundation Administrator
Data Rules ->Oracle Dimension Sources -> Chart of Accounts -> "Submit all Rules"
