Receive Error when Applying FEM.D - FEM_TAB_COLUMNS_B is Missing (Doc ID 357343.1)

Symptoms

The following error is received in the adworker log files when applying patch 4608310 (FEM.D) on an 11.5.10.2 environment:

Time when worker started job: Sat Feb 04 2006 19:25:07

Start time for file is: Sat Feb 04 2006 19:25:07

sqlplus -s FEM/Verified the issue by the log file adwork001.log, which displays the following error message:

sqlplus -s FEM/***** @/xxx/appldba/DBA/dbaappl/fem/11.5.0/patch/115/sql/fem_4467229.sql none

ORA-06550: line 19, column 19:
PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
ORA-06550: line 19, column 7:
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
