Correspondence Log Query Does Not Work For Phone/Fax Number Fields (Doc ID 359037.1)

In the Case Query Screen, for the Value 'Corresponding Log'  , in the Query window"  LOV, users are unable to Execute a Query containing FAX Country Code,FAX Number,Phone Country Code and Phone Number fields.
