ORA-02219: invalid NEXT storage option value Error While Running Process ID In Risk Manager 4.5 (Doc ID 360565.1)

Symptoms

On Risk Manager (RM) 4.5.39 when attempting to run a Process ID in Risk Manager the following error message comes up:
There are more than one Process IDs being executed with similar problems.

ERROR

"Internal Server Error" in Server Status when running an RM Process ID

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Risk Manager
2. Perform File -> Open -> Process ID and run RM Process
==> "Internal Server Error" results
