Symptoms
When creating a new Transfer Pricing (TP) Rule in the "FTP User" responsibility, if you choose to create the TP Rule without a hierarchy, no products appear or some products are missing when you click "Go" in Step 2.
Navigation:
- Go to the "FTP User" responsibility
- Go to "Business Rule" > "Calculation" > "Transfer Pricing" > "Create"
- Type in a "Name" and "Description" but leave the Hierarchy blank and click "Apply"
- Type in a "Version Name" and click the "Go" button at the bottom
You either get a screen with "No data exists" or there are products missing from the resulting list.
