OGL EPF Data Integration
This problem can occur on any platform.
When attempting to rerun a balances rule to pick up changes in GL balances, the following error occurs:
Dataset Code 10062 and period JAN-05 registration failed.
The Snapshot load has already been run. Additional loads for this Ledger,
Dataset, and Period must be run in Incremental mode.
Cannot execute rule with this set of parameters.
All periods could not be processed for Dataset Code 10062 because there is a period gap.
All periods could not be processed for the Balances Rule version.
The Output log file for the Balance Rule request shows the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EPF Administrator -> Data Rules -> Oracle Data Sources
2. Rerun GL Balances Rule
