Symptoms

The 'UPD_LOCK_OC' ('Update locked documents in Oracle Clinical' ) privilege is not available in the 'Admin => Users => Study / Site Security' screens after doing a new installation using Oracle Clinical 4.5.1 code.

In the Admin Guide there is a misspelling, and this privileges is named as UPD_LOC_OC.
