Receive the following error(s) when trying to enter and save Data Discrepancies for any case:
FRM-40202 Field must be entered
1. Within AERS, open a case
2. Go to the Case Info menu and select Discrepancies
3. Within the Data Discrepancies form, add a new record or arrow down to create a new record
Note: the Status, Source, Type and Rule Name all populate automatically
4. Enter in the Description and Comment
5. Click on the Save icon
At the point of Save numerous 'FRM-40202 Field must be entered' error messages appear.
These will clear eventually. However you cannot save the record until you put an entry in the 'Table Name' and 'Column Name' fields.
There are no LOVs attached to this field and AERS will allow you to enter anything in these fields, not necessarily a valid table and column name. Once there is an entry in these fields then the record can be saved.
