Error Loading FEM_BALANCES - CAL_PERIOD_END_DATE Timestamp Mismatch (Doc ID 372330.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 03, 2008

Applies to:

Oracle Enterprise Performance Foundation - Version: 11.5.10
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

In Enterprise Performance Foundation Administrator, when running the External General Ledger Data Loader program to load rows into FEM_BALANCES, the program fails and the View Log shows a CAL_PERIOD_END_DATE value that contains an unusual timestamp.

Example from the View Log:

Either the loading process could not find any rows in the interface table
(FEM_BAL_INTERFACE_T) that match the parameters entered for this execution,
or the data slice columns are NULL for all matching rows.

The parameters entered resulted in the following values used for matching:
LOAD_METHOD_CODE: S;
CAL_PER_DIM_GRP_DISPLAY_CODE: Month;
CAL_PERIOD_END_DATE: 30-APR-06 23:59:59;
CAL_PERIOD_NUMBER: 4;
LEDGER_DISPLAY_CODE: DEFAULT_LEDGER;
DS_BALANCE_TYPE_CODE: ACTUAL;
BUDGET_DISPLAY_CODE: ;
ENCUMBRANCE_TYPE_CODE: .

No rows are loaded into FEM_BALANCES.
All parameters appear to match the corresponding column values in FEM_BAL_INTERFACE_T.
