New Processing Key Index Not Available In Drop Down List When Registering a Table (Doc ID 373588.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to correctly register a new processing key index for a table, no indexes are available in the drop down list when registering a table. The processing key for both the FEM_DATAX and FEM_DATAX_T tables have already been created.  

Also occurs for new index on FEM_BALANCES, the Balances table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see the created index in the drop down list on the Processing Key assignment page.

Synchronizing the table also does not make the index appear.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Enterprise Performance Foundation Administrator -> Administration -> Registration -> Tables and Columns
2. Select FEM_DATA1 or FEM_BALANCES as table name
3. Hit 'Go'
4. Hit Update
5. In the 'Update Table Column Display Names and Data Types' press 'Save & Next'
6. The 'Update Table Processing Key' screen appears next.  However the newly created index does not appear.
