RDC Error: This CRF Duplicates the Data on another CRF (Doc ID 373589.1)

Symptoms

RDC surround screen:

CRF icons do not appear in the RDC spreadsheet as they should. This makes it look as though there is no data for the patient/Visit/DCI for the given cell, when in fact there is. If a user clicks on such a cell, the following message  is displayed:

"This CRF duplicates the data on another CRF [Document Number]"

After that error and in order to access other documents the user needs to exit RDC and log back in again.

Note:  In order to reproduce the problem it is necessary to display all the information for the site. If the user specifies the visit and the patient in the search screen then the surround spreadsheet shows the icon for the document and the document can be opened.
