Symptoms

In Risk Manager (RM) 4.5 or Asset Liability Management (ALM), the Beginning Balance (FE 60) and the Beginning Net Rate (FE 80) are zero for a particular product.

In the RES_DTL_xxxxx table, all rows for this product have a RESULT_TYPE_CD = 1 where 1 is "New Business".

There are no current position rows (RESULT_TYPE_CD = 0) in RES_DTL_xxxxx.
