Symptoms
MRCNEW - Memory Based Planner for MRP - finishes with a status = WARNING
When searching the log file using the word
warning
a message like the following is found:
WARNING: Due to possible loops and resolving it, the following item has errors in pegging :
item_id 31425, disposition_id 63131
WARNING: Due to possible loops and resolving it, the following item has errors in pegging :
item_id 31425, disposition_id 63130
Initializing Sources for item 31425 Org 109
There were no BOM loops detected with the Bill of Material Loop report.
There were no sourcing rules used for the item and therefore no sourcing rule loops.
Note:
The Memory Based Planner Log file was the only file that finished with a Warning in this case
Many times, users will also encounter a Warning status for the Memory Based Snapshot as well as the Memory Based Planner.
