Error Opening Profitability Manager Reports - Workbook Cannot Be Found (Doc ID 375279.1)

Symptoms

In the "Profitability Manager" 11i responsibilities, when trying to run the Discoverer report "Multi Dimensional Cost and Statistics" in the "Documents" screen, the following error occurs:

Error
Unable to find the Workbook named:
Select a valid Workbook from the list below.

There are no database workbooks in this End User Layer (EUL).

Additionally, you do not see the link for the following Discoverer Report:

"Customer Profitability by Level and Decile"
(PFT: Customer Profit)

Steps to Replicate:

You already followed <Note:369694.1> "Install the Discoverer End User Layer (EUL) and Assign Appropriate Workbook Security and Privileges" to install the FEM and PFT *.eex files.

Security and Privileges have been defined by following the steps in <Note:139516.1> "Discoverer 4i with Oracle Applications 11i".  The specific steps are in Section 6: "Postinstallation Tasks" under step Step 11 "Grant Access to Responsibilities, Users, and Workbooks".
