MSCPDCW - Planning ODS Load Program Completes With Timeout Error (Doc ID 375345.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.9 in Production:
When attempting to run Data Collections, the following error occurs:

Linking of Sales Order line to its Parent Sales orders is successful.....
176.6 minutes elapsed.
IS_MONITOR_STATUS_RUNNING
The Request id : 267646 has Phase : COMPLETE and Status: ERROR
Concurrent Message : Timeout error.
There is an Unknown Error in the Worker.
Planning ODS Load process failed.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Launch Collections as normally done
The Planning ODS Load Workers all fail

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete data collections and complete a plan for the users

Verified the issue in the log file as noted below:

The logfiles provided all show the workers in error with the timeout message

Calendar details shows there is 1.5 years until the end of the calendars for most orgs.                                                            Today's date being Jul 1 2006.
