Symptoms
In OC 4.5.1,
Open a document in RDC PDF mode after submit BV for the same study of the document , and then save
the document after BV is completed. The following error is returned:
" Failed to save eCRF Form data!
An error occurred saving the case report form data to the Oracle Clinical application server.
More than likely this was caused by a telecommunications failure.
The actual error problem was:
CheckRdcm_Initialization - 300500: First pass entry cannot be performed on an accessible RDCM.. "
