How can we unlock a locked invoice in the IM_DOC_HEAD_LOCK table after processing has completed?
- When editing or matching an invoice document, the system will state the DOC ID and USER ID in the IM_DOC_HEAD_LOCK table.
- After processing, Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) is supposed to release the row from the IM_DOC_HEAD_LOCK table. For any database error, the record may still be in IM_DOC_HEAD_LOCK table.
- The session is closed but the row exists in the table; as such, the invoice is not workable again.
