This problem can occur on any platform.
In Profitability Manager, when running an Account Relationship Consolidation rule, the rule fails with the following error:
ORA-00904: "FCA1"."CUSTOMER": invalid identifier
Multi-Processing Framework Exception.
Navigation to rule:
- Go to Profitability Manager
- Go to "Business Rule" → "Customer" → "Account Consolidation"
You have already created a Column Population Template for use in the Account Consolidation Rule. The source table is the account table being consolidated and the target table is FEM_CUSTOMER_PROFIT.
Navigation to Column Population Template:
- Go to Profitability Manager Administrator
- Go to "Administration" → "Column Population Template"
As a result of the error, no rows are moved from the account table to FEM_CUSTOMER_PROFIT.
