11.5. in Production and Test

1. MRP plan is failing in
APP-MRP-22086: memi_fpreqs: Cannot allocate memory for new_block->block
APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (mrfpcd_full_peg_cp_demand, 5, 6888, )

2. HOWEVER, plan is small which points to infinite loop of some kind

3. Plan failed the last three days, then they stopped the scheduled plan launches and ran the plan
manually and it completed without error.
