Oc45 Dcms Classic Layout Session Lost On Third Save FRM-92100 (Doc ID 387231.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

On 4.5.0 in Production:
When attempting to save the Character Layout for DCM the third time, the following error occurs:

ERROR
FRM-92100: Your connection to the Server was interrupted. This may be the
result of a network error, or a failure on the Server. You will need to
reestablish your session.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
For any DCM character layout
1. select the text tool
2. enter some text and save
'Data Saved'
3. delete the characters leaving the empty text box and save
'Data Saved'
4. Then re-enter a text string in the same box
5. When save get no message at all
6. When exit LE get disconnected and this message flashes too quickly to
select Details button:
FRM-92100: Your connection to the server was
interrupted. This may be the result of a network error, or a failure on
the Server. You will need to reestablish your session.
