Unable To Generate Reports In AERS - System Seems To Hang (Doc ID 387525.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


Unable to produce reports in AERS.  Reports generation stopped generating as end of the month
reports were being generated in the AERS system. The reports seem to be placed in the queue but
not processed after at that point. System just seems to hang when that point is reached.
