How does the system close the allocation and update the stock on hand and the reserved quantity of the warehouse for an allocation that is already partially shipped and allocated?

For example:
Created an allocation for 100 quantities. Approve the allocation.
This is a warehouse sourced allocation.
When an allocation is approved, records are written to TSF_RESERVED column of ITEM_LOC_SOH.

A quantity of 100 is added to this column. Ships only 20 units. The TSF_RESERVED quantity for warehouse is updated to 80 and "IN_TRANSIT" goes to 20 for the receiving store.

Now, receive this 20 quantities at the store. After this receiving the IN_TRANSIT is zero and SOH of the store is 20.

However now the users do not want to ship the remaining 80 quantities and want to close the allocation, pushing off this 80 quantities back to warehouse stock.

How do the users push this inventory back to warehouse stock?
It is just lying there in the inbound bucket and this quantity is not available to the warehouse.
