The graphic and classic PDR report are experiencing performance problems. When the report is executed it can take several hours to finish.

Those are some symptoms of the problem:

- For the graphic PDR report you already confirmed that all DCIs included in the report  has a  graphic DCI forms generated.
The PDR report generates at the end a list of the CRFs missing a graphic DCI form.

- The following query takes more than 30 minutes to complete:

SELECT DISTINCT z.dci_id AS dciid
         , z.fl_width AS dcibodywidth
         , z.fl_height AS dcibodyheight
         , m.short_name AS dciname
         , z.version_sn as dciversion
         , to_char(z.pdf_generation_ts) as pdfgenerationts
         , nvl(p.width_in_points, 0) as paperwidth
         , nvl(p.height_in_points, 0) as paperheight
         , nvl(p.binding_offset_in_points, 0) as paperbindingoffset
      FROM rdc_reports_temp x,
           dci_form_versions z,
           received_dcis k,
           dcis m,
           dcif_page_definitions p
     WHERE x.rpt_id = &rpt_id
       AND x.received_dci_id = k.received_dci_id
       AND k.dci_id = z.dci_id
       AND z.dci_id = m.dci_id
       AND k.end_ts = to_date(3000000, 'J')
       and z.language = rxcNLS.getGlobalLang
       and z.version_sn = nvl(k.version_sn, -100)
       and p.papersize_code(+) = z.fl_pdr_page_definition_code

Where rpt_id is the Distinct_rpt_id specified in log file lxxxxx.log, which is generated for the PDR report.
This is the way the rpt_is is presented in file lxxxxx.log:
    MSG MSG-00005: Distinct_rpt_id = 4923
