DCM Date Order Does Not Work In RDC (Doc ID 390195.1)

When a user changes the Date Input Format and/or the Date Display Format in the RDC Preferences
window (Edit --> Preferences) and logs out of the application, preferences are not saved. When
user logs back in and checks settings, they have changed back to default values.

Should the user be able to change these settings and save them or does the application only keep
these settings for the duration of the session?
