Goal

Consider the following setup

More than One operating Unit and multiple inventory organizations under each operating unit.Records needs to be imported through MRP_FORECAST_INTERFACE.
Assume a simple setup like the following

Two operating units OU-A and OU-B
Each one has one inventory-org under it
Data needs to be imported into MRP_FORECAST_INTERFACE for both the operating units

Case-1:
-------
Planning Manager is active in First Operating Unit OU-A
So when the organization id is being given as the id of inv org of OU-A records are being processed.
But when the id of inventory organization of OU-B is being given it is throwing an error saying that "You have entered an Invalid Organization Id"

Case-2:
---------
Planning Manager is active in second operating unit OU-B
Records can be processed for inv org of OU-B but not for inv org of OU-A

The planning manager cannot run for both the operating units at same time.So how can this be accomplished?
